Booking
A reservation is only binding with confirmation in writing and upon receipt of your deposit. Your deposit may also – when you provide your credit card details – be settled using a credit card. Please consider the bank service charges.
If your deposit does not arrive up to the deadline, the reservation will be cancelled. About the amount of deposit and bank details we will inform you in the bookings correspondence.
Payment
You can pay your hotel bill in cash or wiht EC-Card, Eurocard, Mastercard or VISA-Card
Terms of cancellation
In case of cancellation the conditions of the Austrian Hotelreglement are applied
(in % of the final price):
By 3 months before arrival: 0 %
By 1 month before arrival: 40 %
By 1 week before arrival: 70 %
In the last week: 90 %
If you have to cancel a reservation, please let me know as early as possible.
I will try to sell the apartment to other clients - so that you do not have to pay any cancellation fee.
If you arrive later or you leave earlier unexpected we will charge the whole price agreed.
