Booking
A reservation is only binding with confirmation in writing and upon receipt of your deposit. Your deposit may also – when you provide your credit card details – be settled using a credit card. Please consider the bank service charges.
If your deposit does not arrive up to the deadline, the reservation will be cancelled. About the amount of deposit and bank details we will inform you in the bookings correspondence.
Payment
You can pay your hotel bill in cash or wiht EC-Card, Eurocard, Mastercard or VISA-Card
Terms of cancellation
Bookings can be rebooked or cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. This applies to all bookings that were, or will be made either via saalbach.com or directly with us.
If you have to cancel within the 14 days, please get in contact with us. I am sure, we will find a
good solution.
Usually following terms of cancellation are valid in this case:
- Up to 1 week prior to arrival: 70 % of the price agreed
- During the last week prior to arrival: 90 % of the price agreed
- No show: 100 %.
If you arrive later or you leave earlier unexpected we will charge the whole price agreed.
